Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the overall effectiveness and strategy of the Conversion Process within the Sales, Blockchain, Chat teams
  • Lead Management and Distribution, Reporting, and integration of a blended environment.
  • Manage the leads and workload while maximizing in-house resources as well as outsourced partnerships globally
  • Work with BI on measuring baseline influencing and use data to measure all influencing rates across all channels and sources
  • Using information from reports look to lower cost/influencing while maximizing the amount of active players we have

Requirements :

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales/Operations
  • Experience in High-End Client Relations, and Managing Outsourced Partner Relations
  • Knowledge of Bitcoin would be an asset
  • Global operations teams would be an asset
  • Ability to connect trends of contacts with player value and run A/B tests to validate theories as required
